IN HOUSE COURSES
The flexibility of in-house training and the ability to concentrate on topics directly relevant to your staff are main advantages. Timings are to suit your own opening or shift times and you don’t have the expense of sending staff off site. Work place examples are much easier to include.

BESPOKE COURSES
An extension of the in-house course option where we write or adapt training courses to meet your specific needs. It may be a briefing for senior managers on legal matters, guidance on implementation of policies or simply a workshop to make sure staff understand the food hygiene or safety aspects of their job. Either way you get what you need in the way you want it.
