  • Defining harassment – The forms it can take
  • The policy
  • The role of the counsellor
  • The role of a line manager
  • Informal action
  • Formal action

This course will ideally suit any supervisor or manager who has a responsibility for preventing and/or dealing with harassment in the workplace.
