This course aims to encourage staff to use a disciplined, structured, consistent and cost effective approach to project management. The course also aims to improve the skills of the participant and their knowledge of project management, in particular, planning, resourcing, scheduling and associated techniques. It will enable participants to clearly identify when teamwork is more efficient and effective than an individual approach.
